Returns

All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Sale items and items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of your order delivery date.

Your account will be credited, minus shipping fees, within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After 14 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only. Requests made after 30 days of delivery are considered final sale. We are not liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Shipping fees are determined at checkout. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping may incur additional charges. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays; Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be processed the next business day.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, delayed or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of the United States may incur additional shipping fees. Any import duties and taxes imposed upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. For inquiries about customs charges, please contact your local customs office.
